Yes, there is full wheelchair access to Chamber Magic® shows. You will take an elevator up to the appropriate suite for the show and anywhere there might be a few steps to go up, there are handicap access ramps as well.

No food or drinks will be served at the show. The Lotte New York Palace hotel, where the show is held, has several lounges and bars that guests often visit for a pre-show beverage. No beverages are permitted in the Chamber Magic® showroom.

While Chamber Magic® does not contain any adult language or subject matter that might be inappropriate for children, the show is geared towards an adult audience. We do not recommend bringing groups of children (such as for a birthday celebration). The minimum age limit for guests is 12 years.

No, Chamber Magic® does not keep a waiting list for the show. Shows often sell out well ahead of time, and only allow 64 guests per show, so please plan in advance if possible.

Yes! You can purchase a Premium ticket for the show, which will guarantee your front row seat. You can also select second or third row seats, or general admission in the rear.

Seats are not assigned for the show, but if you would like to guarantee your space in the front row, be sure to book a Premium ticket when you purchase. However there are only four rows total, so the show’s intimate setting and limited size of the audience allow for a close-up experience from any seat.

The Chamber Magic® dress code is Cocktail Attire: jackets and ties for gentlemen and dressy attire for ladies. In order to maintain the proper atmosphere, please do not wear jeans, sneakers, t-shirts, or baseball caps. If you are not dressed appropriately, you will be seated at the rear of the room.
